Heather, originally from Bakersfield, California, relocated to Arroyo Grande in 2012. With a master’s degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders from Northern Arizona University and a fulfilling 22-year career as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist, Heather brings invaluable skills and a unique perspective to the real estate industry.

Heather’s early exposure to real estate, influenced by her parent’s involvement in rentals, sparked her interest, leading Heather and her husband to venture into property investments, managing both rentals and fix-and-flip projects. Inspired by these experiences, Heather pursued her real estate license.
