Being a professional in the real estate sector has enriched my life. I love what I do and the people I come in contact with and serve. I believe in real estate and want to be of value beyond the sale of a home; this has become my passion in life. You can’t be unhappy living on the Central Coast. I came from Gilroy, CA which is my home town to the Central Valley with it’s 100 plus degree heat. Now, I feel I have died and gone to heaven, or in my case, Arroyo Grande where I call home. I love making people feel at peace when purchasing or selling their home. My goal is to make their journey a joyous experience by giving them professional guidance and exceptional service. I am bi-lingual with Spanish being the language of choice whenever possible. I will service Spanish-speaking clients on the Central Coast as my desire to give back to those who need help and reliable care. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, I received my license as a real estate appraiser, but soon discovered my heart was in sales, which I now pursue with ambition. If you can’t remember my first name, then call me by my nickname, Cha-Cha. I am a Christian and very involved in my church and community, helping to make this a better place for everyone.
